６／１〜６／３０の間、北海道の札幌グランドホテルで高知フェアを開催中です。　麦屋の青のりうどんも食べられますよ。四万十川の天然水と青のり、そして北海道産の小麦粉で作ったまさに高知 X 北海道うどんです。                                                        その他、カツオのたたきや地酒、土佐の果実を使ったスイーツなども豊富に用意されてます。お近くにお越しの際はぜひ足を運んで高知を味わってみて下さい。　　　　         　                                                                                      　　　　　　　　　　　　　　   ‘ kochi & hokkaido fair ‘ is held at sapporo-grand hotel in hokkaido till june 30.  you can have mugiya’s aonori-udon( see in the picture above) there.          actually, we use flour made in hokkaido for our udon.  they also serve sake            ( japanese rice liquor ), seared bonito ( ‘katsuo no tataki’ kochi is famous for them), desserts used fruits & vegetables made in kochi.  when you have them, you’ll feel kochi in hokkaido.  awesome!
