明太子クリームソースを極太うどんに使ってみました。モチモチしたうどんの食感とクリームがいい感じににマッチして　極太麺なので濃厚なクリームに合わせてもしつこくなく、もしかしてパスタよりいいかも？

i use ‘ gokubuto udon ( wide udon noodle ) ‘ instead of fettuccine for cream sauce. it tasted better than i thought. this noodle’s texture & shape much with cream sauce. please try this if you have chance. nice japanese cuisine
